1.1 How can I set up my user account?
Click on the "Login" button in the top right of our menu bar. Now you will be redirected to the login screen. There you have the option to click on the link "Register". A new viewer will then open. Here you only have to enter your name and email address and set your personal password.
Immediately afterwards you will receive an email from us with the confirmation link to the address you provided.
1.2 How can I change my address?
After you have logged in, you can click on your name in the menu bar at the top right and you will get to "My addresses". You can enter your address details here using the "Add new address" button.
It is also possible to store several addresses. Simply click on the "Add new address" button. Then you can choose which of these you want to set as the default for your orders behind your address.
1.3 How do I change my email address?
After you have logged in, you can click on your name in the menu bar at the top right and you will get to "My Account". Here you can change your e-mail contact address at any time and, if you want, add a second one.
1.4 How do I change my password?
Use the "Forgot your password" function for this before you log in. You will then receive an automatic email from us with a link with which you can change your password as you wish.
1.5 How can I delete my account?
If you no longer want to be a part of the Insider Community, just send us a short email to support@insiderforladies.de and we will delete your account immediately. However, we'd be pleased to receive a short review.
